Please fill out this registration form in order to receive the ZOOM (virtual) meeting link for the OCDA Special Members Meeting starting at 7:00 pm ET on Wednesday, September 18, 2024.

The registration form must be received by midnight on Tuesday, September 17, 2024 in order to provide the appropriate lead-time to receive the link. Only 2024 OCDA voting members will be able to vote.

The final OCDA Articles and Bylaws which will be voted on at the meeting were sent to all members on August 15, 2024 for review. The meeting is expected to take 30 minutes.
