In order to register for this event, participants must hold a 2025 Ontario Carriage Driving Association and a Ontario Equestrian membership. OCDA membership registration forms can be found at www.carriagedriving.ca.
Space will be alloted on a “FIRST COME; FIRST SERVED” basis with payment. ENTRIES CLOSE FRIDAY, AUGUST 29, 2025. An additional POST-ENTRY FEE of $30 will be charged after AUGUST 29, 2025
A PRE-TRAINING division is offered for those who wish to try a modified marathon course. Schooling will be available with appropriate supervision between 1-5 pm on Friday, September 5, 2025.
Camper parking without hydro is available at no charge and generators are permitted. Stabling and camper sites are limited and will be made available on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis
PLEASE NOTE: Stalls must be mucked out (manure and urine) before leaving. Invoices for a stall cleaning fee of $50.00 will be sent to anyone who leaves before cleaning stalls.
Although we encourage people to leave their dogs at home, pets must be contained at competitor’s trailer. Any dog found roaming will be subject to a $50 “bail out’ fee.
A full refund of entry fees will be processed prior to the closing date excluding stalls and shavings. After Entry Closing Date of August 29, there will be NO REFUND of entries without a Veterinarian Certificate or a Doctor’s note attesting to the inability of the animal/driver to participate due to illness or injury. This Certificate must be received prior to the beginning of the event on Friday, September 6, 2025.
Proof of Vaccination is required for all equines; EHV-1 in particular.
